hey guys! this is my minimalbathroom tour video, so going into the room on the right hand side there isjust my towel, there's a little garbage can and toilet paper holder and thenthat door there goes to just a little closet where there's the water shutoffvalves and that kind of stuff and we just keep some cleaning products inthere and a broom and then we have the toilet a hand-towel, a sink with a littleshelf underneath and then a cabinet on the shelf here we have a few thingsthis is a homemade deodorant that i really like to use it's a combination ofbaking soda, shea butter, coconut oil and arrowroot powder and i also sometimes like toadd some essential oils for a nice smell
we have our toothbrushes and these areboth replaceable head toothbrushes mine on the left actually has naturalbristles and it's just slightly more eco-friendly because instead ofreplacing the whole brush you can just replace the top part with the bristlesthen we have natural toothpaste i like this one by lavera, i also really likeone by sante and i sort of alternate between them and then just some dentalfloss and over here there's a face wash andthis face wash i mentioned in my empties video i had purchased a different facewash that i did not like at all and my husband really like this one so wedecided to rebuy this again and we just
keep it on the shelf here so that we canuse it both at the sink and in the shower and then up here is a littleshelving unit that really we don't need but it came with the apartment, here ikeep the african black soap that i really like to use and you're notsupposed to keep it in the shower so basically i'll just break off a smallpiece before showering and then use that and then i also have the jar that i keepmy sugar scrub in its currently empty but i'll be making a new one pretty soonthe shelf really is not necessary we could easily keep those things on thelittle ledge below but it's there and we can take it down so i just keep thosethings up there and we have a bathtub
and shower over here and a little shelfin there with a shampoo and my razor so even though there are two of us we useit will have one of a lot of things basically try to share as many productsas possible so that we don't have to have to have two of everything and then icurrently have a disposable razor which i really want to stop using those but ihave a few replacement heads that i'm gonna use up first and then i reallywant to switch to a safety razor my husband actually has a vintage safetyrazor that he uses and i'd like to get something like that and try that out soit's just pretty normal shower i definitely used to be the kind of person that had all kinds of bottles and products in the shower area
and it's really nice to just have abottle of shampoo, a razor, some soap and then the scrub that i like to use, so reallynot a lot of stuff especially compared to what i used to have and then on theback of the door is ben's towel and i really like these towels that we havethey are organic cotton their only fluffy on one side which makes them alot thinner and easier to pack and move with at the sink we just have a bar of soap and awooden nail brush and then below the sink again this shelving unit isprobably way too big and not really necessary on the left hand side there ikeep a combination of shea butter and coconut oil which are used as a bodymoisturizer and on the right hand side
i keep any feminine care items, at thebottom there is extra toilet paper and our toiletry bag that we use fortraveling so in the cabinet on the right hand sideof the bottom there i keep all of my makeup and this is the stuff that i usedaily in that little container at the back i stand up any brushes and lipproducts and then i just have all the makeup that you've seen in my makeupcollection video and these are the oils that i use, there's argan oil which i usein my hair and also in combination with the jojoba oil which i use on my face as amoisturizer i really like using oil as a facial moisturizer and i found thecombination of jojoba and argan works
really well i also have some shea androsehip butter which i use more in the fall and winter when it's dryer and ireally liked it as a nighttime moisturizer the rosehip oil in it reallyhelps with the redness and i definitely get a lot of redness on my face but it'sa lot thicker so i tend to not really use it as much in the summertime andnext to those there's sunscreen and this summer have been using the eco cosmeticsunscreen and its brand was recommended to me by some of you and i really likeit i have it in the spf 20 and 30 then next to that i just have the twonail polishes that i own and the container behind them has a few thingsthat i use less regularly, there's some
essential oils, some bath stuff, things thati'm just not using as often as the stuff out here, the next shelf isalso mine on the right hand side there's some cotton buds, my wooden brush andbehind it is a little travel straightener and even though i'm tryingto avoid using heat on my hair i do use it sometimes it's not a particularly goodstraightener but it works really well for the few times i use it and i justreally like how compact it is and then i have a few different tools i guess justsome scissors, nail clippers, tweezers that kind of stuff and then the topshelf is my husband ben's and he just has his contact stuff, a few shaving thingsand then we have some band aids and a
few first aid things up thereso yeah that is basically the bathroom and the things that we keep inthere, there definitely is way more storage space then we need but it worksreally well for us and i'm really happy with the amount of stuff we have especially becausei used to have so many skin care and beauty products in the bathroom and i didn't even usehalf of the products i owned it was really nice to declutter all of those and onlyhave things that i actually use i know for a lot of people they like havingseparate shampoos and that kind of stuff but for us it works really well to justhave one product that we both use so i hope you found this interesting i knowit's probably not the most exciting
