hey everyone it's esther here. i hope you're having a great day! i am about to head to starbucks. i'm going to go meet my niece for coffee and probably get some food there. so i figured i might as well film a full day of eating for you guys. i'm going to go there to meet her and then i'm going to go to yoga class at my gym, hopefully if i get out on time or i
might just do some lifting or hiit training there. i've been really into head training lately so that's probably what i'll end up doing and then after that i'll touch base with you guys and show you my lunch. so let's get going! ok so the trip the breakfast that i got at starbucks. so i got a cheese and salami package that i really enjoy there and
then in addition to that i've ordered a tall pike place and i just took it black i didn't add any heavy cream or anything else in there this time. hi everyone. so, this a local restaurant me and my husband have really really been into lately called choi's garden and it's a korean bbq place and just fantastic. they just renovated their
restaurant they've been around for awhile but it's better than ever and we decided to order the ribeye and then we also got the pork belly these are both non marinated meat i try to always stick to a non marinated meat when i go to korean bbq place it's because a lot of the sauces that they used do have a lot of sugar. and then i really enjoy all the
vegetable side dishes that always come with korean bbq. you just want to be careful again with sauces to taste everything and you know if it's sweet try to stay away from it. but usually they some good fermented vegetables such as kimchi um, so really really healthy stuff. after dinner we headed across the street to infinititea. my husband is a huge boba
fan. so we went and got him some boba. and i just got a black coffee i don't really drink the boba teas because they sugary and not keto friendly. my husband is not on keto so he can drink all the boba he wants after all that korean barbecue i was way too full for dinner so i just settled for this yogi bedtime tea. i drink it often
to help myself sleep. they were actually out of it when i went to the grocery store so once i run out of the yogi tea i'm going to try this nighty night tea that i also picked up. it's bedtime but before i go to bed i wanted to share my adidas haul with all of you guys because i just went to the waikele outlets here went to the
adidas outlet so i just wanted to show you what i got there. so the first thing i got were these just really classic adidas pants i like that they're are a grey color and then the side stripes are black and then i have a little white adidas logo. i've really been trying to stick to neutral colors and only find things that i really really like and i definitely love classic adidas pants.
these are kind of like a little bit thinner material that the classic pants that i bought like when i was a teenager but i like them a lot better. they're much more comfortable and i think they've come along way since then. so excited to wear these. i think they'll match with pretty much everything i have in my closet. as far as workout clothes go. then the next thing i bought was
really cute casual adidas jacket in black obviously and it has the adidas logo on the side and then i like top comes up on the neck to keep my neck warm. it's really a thin fabric which is perfect for the hawaii weather and i've been looking for something that i can wear in the morning on the way to the gym because it's been really chilly here
lately. like it's probably the coldest winter i've ever experienced in hawaii and i have lived here since 2009. it's definitely much more colder than i'm used to. i feel like this is thick enough to keep me warm but thin enough to wear, won't be overbearing here in hawaii. and i can also wear it out just want when i'm out and about and dress really casual so i'm excited
about that because i don't really have a casual jacket to wear with anything right now. the last thing that i got was just this really simple workout tank. it's really comfortable it's a thin fabric. good for working out in. and again i like that it's neutral colors because it will match with a lot of things. i'm trying to pretty much get all neutrals in my wardrobe
so that everything will match really easily and i can just going to gym in the morning without having to really think about matching my clothes. not that i do that anyway honestly a lot of times i just grab whatever and go even if it doesn't match but at least now i'll be matching and won't have to worry about it. and that's all i got today for my
fashion haul. i just bought those three items. again i'm just trying to stick to only the things that i need when i go shopping now and just to keep my wardrobe very minimal. i posted a video a couple of videos back on my minimal journey. i just sort of got started on that i'm going to share my entire journey with you guys on minimalism because it's sort of changing
